NATIONAL SHIPPING

1. In-store Delivery:

Free shipping to Dr.Bloom stores. The delivery time will be 3-7 business days from the purchase date.

When the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the expected arrival date at the indicated store.

The pickup period is 15 calendar days. If the package is not picked up within these 15 days, it will automatically be returned to our warehouses for a refund.

 

2. Standard Shipping:

This shipment has a fixed cost of 5€ in Spain (mainland only). Shipping is FREE on orders over 50€. In the Balearic and Canary Islands, shipping has a fixed cost of 10€.

The delivery time is 2-4 business days. Purchases made before 12h will be processed the same day.

When the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor the order's location at all times. We will deliver the package to the address you provided at the time of purchase.

3. Express Shipping:

This shipment will have a fixed cost of 9.5€ in Mainland Spain (except Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra, Ceuta, and Melilla).

The delivery time is 24-48 hours on business days. Purchases made before 12h will be processed the same day.

When the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor the order's location at all times. We will deliver the package to the address you provided at the time of purchase.

 

SHIPPING TO EUROPE


Europe 1:

PORTUGAL, GERMANY, ITALY, FRANCE

This shipment has a fixed cost of 6.99€ 

Free shipping on orders over 150€

The delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. Purchases made before 12h will be processed the same day.

When the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor the order's location at all times. We will deliver the package to the address you provided at the time of purchase. 


Europe 2:

NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG, BELGIUM, DENMARK, MONACO, VATICAN, AUSTRIA, UNITED KINGDOM*

This shipment has a fixed cost of 10€

*SHIPPING UNITED KINGDOM (UK):

All fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and customs handling fees. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.

The carrier will contact the recipient directly to manage the payment of these fees before or after delivery, according to the carrier's own procedure.

If the customer refuses to pay customs charges, the order may be held, returned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities. In these cases, Dr. Bloom is not responsible for any resulting costs nor can it issue refunds for shipping fees or possible customs charges.

SWITZERLAND, IRELAND

This shipment has a fixed cost of 15€

Free shipping on orders over 150€

The delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Purchases made before 12pm will be processed the same day.

This shipment has a fixed cost of 15€
