Returns & Exchanges
EXCHANGES - VALID ONLY IN SPAIN
The period to make exchanges is 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.
In December, exchanges and returns are extended until January 9.
EXCHANGE IN PHYSICAL STORE
You can exchange an item purchased in our e-shop at any of our physical stores.
HOME EXCHANGE
You must contact us through online@drbloom.es and provide the new desired size or color, your details, ticket number, and order.
We will check the availability of the new size or color and contact you. If the garment is in stock, we will send the new package to the address you provide. At the time of receipt, you must hand over to the courier the garment you are returning.
Exchanges over 75€ in Peninsular Spain are free, but if the amount does not exceed this, the exchanges will be charged to the customer.
RETURNS
The return period is 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.
You must inform about the return by sending an email to online@drbloom.es.
Only items in perfect condition, with their corresponding purchase receipt and in their original packaging will be accepted.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Returns are free in-store but the refund will be made once we receive your package at the offices. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the order within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and an informative email will be sent.
UK RETURNS
1. Please do not send the package on your own, as this may generate additional customs fees or delays.
2. Send an email to online.drbloom@gmail.comto inform us of the items you want to return and we will provide you with a FedEx return label.
3. Make sure the box is properly closed for shipping.
4. The return will be arranged through a home pickup or delivery at a FedEx point, using the same carrier as the original shipment.
5. The cost of the return shipping (approximately between 12 and 15 €) will be deducted from your refund. And that's it! Once we receive the returned items, we will proceed with the refund.
RETURNS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES BY MAIL
1. You must inform about the return by sending an email to online@drbloom.es.
2. Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging and attach the return form. The garments must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and with tags.
Indicate the sender and delivery address in a visible area of the package and send it to the following address. DrBloom, Calle Ballester 33, local, 08023, Barcelona.
3. When the item arrives at our offices, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the refund. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the order within a maximum period of 15 calendar days and an informative email will be sent.
ALL RETURNS BY MAIL ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
